Service Pack 2 Installation
It's my own fault really, but, while installing our software on a client's machine, I attempted to install .NET 2.0 framework and XP Service Pack 2 at the same time. I started the Service Pack 2 installation first, and the 2.0 framework installation completed successfully, but the SP2 installation hung when it was installing FXSAPI.DLL. Task Manager did not open up, and new windows would not open up. Existing windows would work, and I could browse the internet using an already open instance of IE. ......

Application.DoEvents - SEHException
I was getting a nasty error today. I built a tabcontrol component and docked (fill) it on a form with a statusbar. Whenever I moved my mouse from the component to the statusbar, I got this exception: Class:System.Runtime.Intero... Message: External component has thrown an exception. The exception occurred in the method that called Application.Run, and it would end the application after the exception was handled. Go Daddy
I usually don't buy products from companies that have shiny happy people on their websites. I think it's tacky. I may make an exception for though. Their prices look good and I will get a lot more disk space for the same prices as webhost4life. The only think I couldn't find is how much database space I get. Plus the owner blogs ......
